Cheryl Osborn

President & Founder
Cheryl Osborn is President and Founder of Casco Contractors, Inc., a Commercial General Contractor in Southern California specializing in Tenant Improvement. Casco's mission is to meet the changing needs of the commercial real estate market by constructing offices, industrial factories and retail developments that exceed the expectations of both the real estate developer and tenant.

In order to accomplish this in a predominantly male dominated field, Cheryl pioneered a concept of construction that combines time tested management and trade experience with sophisticated new age technologies and unique levels of communication that successful business women have been incorporating for years.

After growing up in the construction industry, Cheryl graduated from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) School of Engineering with degrees in both Construction Management and Interior Architectural Design. Her involvement in the construction of several epic projects, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Ford Motor Company Railway Station, was paramount in the large project education she obtained before she began to focus on the Tenant Improvement sector of construction.

After experiencing frustration with the operating methods of several medium size construction companies, Cheryl founded CASCO in 2000. The company’s core values are threefold; to always operate with the highest level of integrity, a commitment to excellence and a devotion to client service. CASCO doubled and tripled its net volume in the first five years after inception, and has successfully sustained that growth, celebrating its tenth anniversary in 2010.

Cheryl is an Orange County native who enjoys spending her free time with her husband Jeff and their two beautiful daughters. Although the balancing act of running a successful corporation while maintaining her commitment to her family and personal goals is a challenge, Cheryl approaches her personal life as she approaches her professional life, with unwavering commitment and a dedication to her core values.
