Procore has helped us drastically improve our efficiency, communication, collaboration, and accountability with our internal team members and the clients, architects, and subcontractors that we partner with on a daily basis.

Using Procore for our project management, we can share real time updates and information on everything from submittal and RFI status/response, to photos taken in the field being instantly accessible to all project team members and easy document sharing. During a job walk with the client or architect, mark-ups can be made directly within the Procore drawing application and then distributed seamlessly to our subcontractors to get pricing on the requested changes.

Because of the real time updates, as team members join a project, we can immediately provide access to all project information to get them up to speed on what is happening on that project. Our Project Managers and Project Engineers can now spend more time out the field at projects and meeting with clients with all of the same accessibility to the project information as they would have sitting in the office.
