OCEAN PARK PLAZA

This creative and vibrant office campus project was a complete revamp of the occupied building, requiring careful phasing and diligent communication to ensure tenants and visitors had access to all suites during construction.

Project features included stairwell and fountain removal, new exterior soffit, landscaping and green wall, paving and site features, portal architectural upgrades, lighting, painting, signage, refinished elevator cores, and renovation of stairwell enclosures to subterranean garage. To protect the longevity of an existing planter and new Ipe deck, the team coordinated with a waterproofing consultant to tie in a new system with the existing for complete protection.

The project is artfully tied together with pops of color delivered through the complex assembly of
decorative metal railing pieces and mural art by Allison Kunath.
