Cheryl’s vision has always been to understand the changing needs of her customers, turn their dreams into reality, and create a growing partnership to guarantee absolute satisfaction. With over 30 years of construction experience Cheryl’s integrity, transparency, and high standards leads her team to success as well as sets a great example to her employees.
Chief Operating Officer
Justin Park brings over 18 years of construction experience to Casco, having previously managed a wide variety of projects and project teams through the United States. At Casco, Justin oversees all aspects of construction operations including field staff and Quality and Safety management, as well as provides leadership and strategic planning to recruit and develop staff.
Chief Accounting Officer
Jessica Moeller began over 12 years ago at Casco as a staff accountant has worked her way up to overseeing all aspects of the company’s finances including accounting and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, banking, surety, and risk management.

Lisa Luttrell leads Casco’s Design Studio with over 25 years of project manager experience at various Orange County design firms. In Casco’s Design Studio Lisa oversees the work of the design staff, serves as a designer for complex projects, and presents and amends client’s designs. Her responsibilities start with the client’s consultation, to the proposal and continue throughout the project completion for both interior and exterior jobs.

Terryl Nirtaut, Director of Human Resources at Casco has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of the Human Resources lifecycle. Terryl has led talent strategies for a wide variety of company’s through start-up, survival, and growth modes. At Casco, Terryl partners with the leadership team to set the strategic talent agenda of the company to ensure business success through attracting and hiring the best people and inspiring our people through engagement and development programs.

Wendy Hoier is an accomplished commercial real estate and construction business development leader with more than 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, account development and client management. Strategic and results driven, Wendy is an expert in driving growth and generating revenue by identifying, analyzing and developing new markets while cultivating new relationships.

Karl Sandman, Director of project management, has more than 10 years' experience managing complex construction projects. Providing director-level leadership in the design and development of new construction, Karl supports and guides project teams with timely, experienced decision-making, strong consensus-building skills and creative problem-solving which encourage team engagement and foster best-in-class outcomes.
