Casco transformed the ground floor of this Class A tower in Downtown LA with sleek, high-end finishes and standout design features. Highlights include a striking fluted glass mural wall in the elevator lobby, dramatic centerpiece lighting, elegant drapery at the front entrance, and wood slat acoustic ceilings in the café and elevator lobbies—enhancing both style and acoustics.
The renovation also introduced large-format tile flooring and wall finishes, refined custom millwork at the security desk, refurbished elevators, and a modern café complete with appliances, built-in seating, and bespoke millwork. Additional upgrades include epoxy coating at the garage entrance, new signage, enhanced ventilation, and updated fire alarm systems.
Casco overcame complex challenges, from procuring overseas-sourced large-format tiles and installing over existing flooring, to coordinating closely with the future café tenant to secure final city approvals—all while keeping the lobby open and accessible throughout construction.
