AC HOTEL BEVERLY HILLS MEETING & EVENT SPACE

To enhance the property’s meeting and event capabilities, Casco transformed AC Hotel Beverly Hills’ existing bar and lounge into a flexible conference space. The renovation included the construction of a new conference room featuring an operable partition, allowing the space to function as either one large meeting room or two separate rooms based on the hotel’s needs.

Completed within an occupied hotel environment, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimize disruptions to guests and ongoing operations. The team implemented unique working hours and strategically phased construction activities around peak hotel usage. The result is a versatile meeting space that expands the hotel’s event offerings while seamlessly integrating with the existing property.
