AdelFi sought a workspace that balanced collaboration and privacy, aligning with their needs
as a financial firm. The design featured open areas for teamwork, private offices for focused work, and conference rooms designed to facilitate secure discussions. A collaborative effort between the tenant, design team, and landlord ensured the final layout met the client’s specific requirements while maintaining a functional and inviting environment.
To support the confidentiality required for financial operations, the team incorporated soundproof glass in offices and conference rooms, complemented by strategically designed furniture systems to enhance acoustic privacy. This thoughtful integration ensured a seamless blend of security and functionality.
