AQUARIUM OF THE PACIFIC

The Aquarium of the Pacific’s tenant improvement project was designed to reflect the vibrant colors and dynamic atmosphere of the aquarium. Located on the 8th floor, the project involved combining two office suites into one cohesive space, including 16 private offices, an open office area, Zoom rooms, and a welcoming break area and elevator lobby.

A standout feature of the project was the installation of the highly requested NanaWall system in the main conference room. This required precise coordination among the steel subcontractor, architect, and NanaWall installer to ensure flawless execution. Additional highlights included adhering to Class A building standards, preserving the K13 acoustical material while coring the floors, and matching
custom door stains. The result is a vibrant, functional space that perfectly embodies the spirit
of the aquarium.
