Chip 1 Exchange, a national supply chain partner for electronic components, wanted a modern office that prioritized employee well-being, fostered a collaborative environment, and embraced their brand identity.

A range of wellness amenities including a workout room complete with showers, and a speakeasy-style game room offering video games, foosball, and lounge areas ensuring employees have the convenience to exercise and recharge. Open work station areas, strategic breakout spaces, and flexible meeting rooms encouraged collaboration and in-office participation.

We were able to reinforce the brand identity in unexpected ways through logo-engraved wall paneling in the phone rooms, furniture colors, and the statement Chip 1 green stair lining. These strategies delivered tangible results — enhanced well-being, elevated collaboration, and a distinct brand presence.
