CMA Dishmachines, a leading manufacturer of commercial dishwashing equipment, required a full facility renovation under a firm relocation deadline. 

The project scope included new restrooms, rooftop HVAC units, and a showroom designed to present and test CMA’s equipment for clients. In the warehouse, our team coordinated an owner-selected vendor for the installation of high pile storage racks. Exterior ADA upgrades were also a key element, including a new ramp that required the removal of an existing tree. In addition to navigating a lengthy permit process, Casco worked closely with the city to select and relocate an approved replacement tree that satisfied municipal requirements.

To meet the client’s strict move-in timeline, the field team collaborated closely with subcontractors to accelerate progress. This focused coordination provided CMA ample time to relocate their specialized equipment—avoiding additional leasing costs and ensuring a seamless transition into their new space.
