PROJECT PROFILE
COLLINS COMPANY
LOCATION: ONTARIO, CA

An occupied remodel in a Class A industrial park, the Collins Company project highlights Casco’s expertise in delivering high-quality industrial spaces with minimal operational downtime.
From the outset, we prioritized getting the client operational as quickly as possible. By strategically phasing the schedule and coordinating with city officials, we secured a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy to allow the client to begin operations while remaining construction continued. Through project phasing, our field team remained dedicated to minimizing disruption to occupied areas.
The scope included a significant Unistrut installation for electrical and airdrop systems, a new breakroom, and the integration of racking, in-rack sprinklers, and airdrops, each requiring separate city permits and approvals. Casco coordinated closely with the architect, engineer, and subcontractors to streamline the process and ensure compliance. When material delays threatened the airdrop scope, our team quickly sourced a local alternative, keeping the project on schedule and the client’s operations running without interruption.
