Green Street, a national industry leader in real estate intelligence and investments, wanted an upgrade to their Newport Beach offices that would inspire team members, encourage collaboration and speak to the company’s commitment to innovation. 

The project leveraged a mix of organic, urban and textured materials and included an elevated break room and branded café, exposed ceilings, lots of natural light, and high-end finishes throughout.
