IBEW LOCAL UNION 440

This project brought new life to a building now serving as the headquarters and training facility for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 440 IN Riverside, CA. The client’s vision was a welcoming space where the Brotherhood could gather for training and community events, delivered entirely by an all-union subcontractor team.

The front-of-house office is anchored by a custom octagonal boardroom table, alongside a large conference room and break room with banquette seating. The rear warehouse was transformed into a
multi-use space for weekly meetings and large-scale events, complete with a full kitchen, dining hall, and dedicated training area. New exterior improvements, including a roll-up door and rear exits, provide convenient access for high-traffic event hosting.
