San Diego-based CPA firm, Lavine, Lofgren, Morris & Engelberg, LLP (LLME), needed a bright, modernized space that would accommodate their company growth and offer a professional and welcoming space to host clients.

The partially occupied remodel required multiple phases and shifting work hours to prioritize the client’s needs. Unforeseen issues with existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure created initial delays in the schedule, but Casco’s team was able to make up time with their phased schedule to get the client moved in within their required time frame. 

The project featured an elevated reception and lobby area, break room and training areas, expanded tech-enabled conference room, privacy walls to create meeting areas, upgraded lighting, millwork, tile floors, and high-end finishes throughout.
