Located in Hollywood’s thriving tech and media district, Spaces: Hollywood is a buzzing, innovative coworking space for Los Angeles’s most dynamic professionals.
The three-floor project required separate permits for the first floor due to structural upgrades. The project was scheduled on an overlapping phased completion to allow tenants to move into the upper floors while the first-floor was completed.
Features include the signature Spaces entryway, modern tech-enabled conference rooms, a community kitchen area, private offices, multiple collaboration spaces, and a roof-top amenity hang out area. Finishes and design elements include a blend of wood flooring, stained concrete, glass office fronts, extensive millwork and open plenum ceilings with decorative lighting.
