SUD HEALTH CLINIC

Responding to a critical gap in care, our team completed a brand new healthcare clinic dedicated to serving individuals with substance use disorder. With only a handful of similar facilities identified in the area, this project directly addresses an urgent community need.

 

The facility was thoughtfully designed to support both clinical and administrative functions, featuring exam rooms, counseling offices, a dispensary, and multiple restrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with full-height operable glass partition doors offers flexible, multi-use space. The building is supported by a Rolls Royce generator for reliable backup power and includes a new EV charging station.

 

A standout aspect of this project was our team’s ability to navigate complex utility coordination, including fire department approval for underground fire water and ongoing communication with the region’s water district. Through persistence and proactive problem-solving, our team kept the project on track and delivered a quality facility the community can rely on.
