Cardinal Health (previously Vyasis) needed to reposition an existing Class B, 2 story office building into an impressive home base for their Southern California headquarters. The existing building required a structural retrofit to meet new seismic standards. The entire building was essentially rebuilt from the inside out to incorporate 18 medical labs into the existing office space, a 150k generator with ATS, liquid oxygen storage tanks with process piping, and structural steel outfitting for the second-floor expansion. Casco was able to complete the installation of a 60k gallon liquid oxygen tank in just two months — half the estimated time.

The corporate headquarters was a hub for gathering and training employees, boasting a café with a commercial kitchen that sat over 200 people, a 40K SF mezzanine, and 10K SF training room equipped with AV and stadium seating. With the extensive improvements, the building owner was able to reposition the location for a 400% gain.
