WILSHIRE HOUSE 

Wilshire House, a 21-story luxury condominium in Los Angeles, engaged Casco to repair a waterproofing failure at the second-floor pool deck while enhancing the building’s outdoor amenity space.

The scope included removal and replacement of the existing pool deck, comprehensive waterproofing and drainage, structural expansion joint replacement, and tennis court resurfacing. The redesigned pool deck featured a terrazzo deck, laser-cut metal screens, smooth stucco walls and caps, upgraded landscaping and irrigation, architectural lighting, a Kettal pavilion, fire pits, furniture, and a reconfigured kitchen area.

Delivered on an existing structure with zero allowance for added weight, the project required meticulous coordination of materials and assemblies. Casco delivered a high-performance, refined amenity space, earning high praise during inspection for the quality of the terrazzo deck.
