When our client identified the need for a dedicated substance use disorder (SUD) clinic, the mission was clear: create a welcoming space that expands access to care and supports long-term recovery in the community.
Casco was proud to deliver a brand-new healthcare facility built to meet that need.

Built for Reliability and Performance
Healthcare environments require dependable infrastructure. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the facility is supported by a Rolls Royce generator, providing reliable backup power for critical systems. A new EV charging station was also incorporated into the project, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to modern facility planning.
