Together, we began a journey to revitalize the existing building, pooling our expertise and resources to set a new standard for modern office exteriors.
Ensuring Accessibility During Renovation
Throughout the renovation of the occupied office building, we prioritized continuous access for tenants and visitors, ensuring uninterrupted access across all suites. Our diligent phasing and proactive communication allowed for a seamless transition, without compromising convenience or accessibility.
Elevating Exterior Design and Aesthetics
Incorporating an array of design features, including architectural upgrades, lighting enhancements, and unique paint and signage, infused a new life into the space. Attention to detail extended to the protection of an existing planter with a new waterproofing system, and a newly installed IPE deck, showcasing a commitment to both functionality and aesthetics.
A Burst of Color: Murals by Allison Kunath
The Ocean Park Office Campus has been brought to life with bursts of color, intricate metal railing pieces and captivating mural art by Allison Kunath. Her masterful murals serve as the crowning touch, filling the space with creativity and vitality, leaving a lasting impression on all those who visit.
