REDA ONTARIO RANCH

This project involved involved a comprehensive renovation of an office and warehouse space to accommodate the tenant’s operational needs. Although the work was contracted with the landlord, Real Estate Development Associates (REDA), extensive coordination with the tenant, Collins Company, ensured they were set from day one in their new space.
The project was phased to align with the scope division between the landlord and tenant, which posed challenges for city inspections. Through proactive communication in managing both projects, our field team worked closely with the inspector to ensure approvals were granted within schedule.
Project features included new remote restrooms in the warehouse space, upgraded offices, an extensive Unistrut layout for electrical drops and future air drops, a demising wall with a sectional overhead door, forklift charging stations, and eyewash stations.
